This is the slogan of the Mongol Rally… and it will be accomplished in a 1L 1985 Volkswagen Polo, previously owned and reliably driven to the shops by someone’s sweet little Grandma!!

The Mongol Rally 2007 is a charity challenge, a journey to navigate from Hyde Park, London to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia through countries we hadn’t even heard of before route planning, our chosen route mapless by the end and in an underpowered car!!! There is no backup, so it is ultimately down to the team and their ingenuity to make this happen! This is perhaps why Expedia described it as ‘one of thetoughest car endurance events in the world’.
